Last month I was on the hunt and was lucky enough to find some solid choices.

I’ve had the same crew for a long time and I’m thrilled when I expand, as any business owner would be, but looking for people you can count on to show up on time, without micro-managing, can be a challenge.

Things quiet down and heat up, I run ads or ask my employees who they know. Sometimes the applicants continue to trickle in, thankfully. But the latest one caught my eye and got a Facebook mention. It simply had a resume and it was signed, “Love Always”. Whaaaaa? Do YOU think that’s an appropriate signature line for a job applicant?
